Guests at Komaneka are delighted to find complimentary chocolate-chip cookies in their rooms, at the reception area, and as a going-away gift when they check out from at Komaneka Bisma and Komaneka Tanggayuda. Many have asked for our recipe. We are pleased to share it here.
205 gram Plain flour
100 gram Icing sugar
115 gram Soft butter
100 gram Chopped cashew nut
½ teaspoon Baking powder
100 gram Chopped chocolate block
¼ teaspoon Baking soda
40 gram Brown sugar
¼ teaspoon Vanilla essence
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Spread a cookie sheet with butter.
- Form the dough into small balls and place on the tray.
- Bake in a medium oven for about 25 minutes.
