If you stay at Komaneka at Rasa Sayang, you might have met Ngakan Putu Satriadi, better known as Padi, a very energetic and friendly young man. Perhaps he has greeted you around the resort area, as he is one of the engineering staff at Komaneka.

Padi began his career as a hotel engineer in 2011, learning as an apprentice under the supervision of his colleagues. In 2016 he joined Komaneka, where he says he found the right place.

Besides being an engineer, Padi is also an artist. You may have seen him dancing in the special dinner performance regularly held at Komaneka at Rasa Sayang. Padi became interested in the art of Balinese dance at a very early age. He started learning to dance when he was five years old. He still loves dancing, and is delighted to perform for guests.

Padi says that working at Komaneka at Rasa Sayang is like being at home. He enjoys being with his colleagues, as they are warm, humble, and very supportive. They often plan outings together on their day off. Padi says that “if you love what you do, it will not feel like working. And finding good friends in your work place is a plus point.”
